Office Floor Screeding

This 77m2 renovation project required a lot of thought as we had minimal headroom to play with.

We used 25mm celotex, then installed our under floor heating system then we topped that with 40mm of thermio liquid screed. Not only did this keep the height down, but thermio is great for under floor heating and offers up to 30% increase in thermal emission value.
